How can I pay for my rental?
Payments can be made through the website or you can call 0330 030 0000 and make payment through the phone by speaking to our highly trained staff who will assist you throughout your booking process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WISH TO EXTEND THE VEHICLE, WHAT SHALL I DO?
We at DVH welcome you to extend your vehicle reservation - simply call us on 0330 030 0000 if you wish to extend the booking or send us an e-mail at email@example.com
Do you have a mileage limit?
All the vehicles provided will come with an unlimited mileage policy, if you believe you will be doing a great amount of mileage, please inform our booking team, who will further advise.
What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?
We believe in Black and White. What you see, is what you pay for, there are no hidden costs involved.
Can I change the car during the pickup?
If the vehicle provided to you is not what was specified during the booking, then yes you may change the vehicle at pick up and we will always try and find an alternitave vehicle which is suitable, this is unlikely to happen as our bookings team would have run through all your requirements during the booking process.
How can I cancel my reservation?
If you would like to cancel your reservation, this will mean the deposit left to secure the vehicle will not be refunded.
Do you have discounts for regular clients?
We value all our customers, if you are a repeat customer to DVH, we will always look to keep a smile on your face and look after our clients.
Can I pickup or return the car on a location chosen by me?
Of course you can, but we charge for a One Way service.
Do you have a minimum or maximum booking length?
Our minimum booking is between 1 day and maximum 28 days, if you require vehicles for long term hire, get in touch with our reservations team who will be more than happy to assist.
